The transition was made easy following Kane's installation, set-up and training of our Channel manager and online booking facilities twelve months ago. We have utilised the services of Bay6 Motel Management on several occasions over the past 2 1/2 years and always found Kane & Robyn to be of an extremely high calibre, honest and reliable. Their knowledge of all things to do with Motels, guest services, Housekeeping, breakfasts, Reservation Systems, Channel Management, Online Travel Agents, Dynamic and fixed rates etc... is very high. Once they had been shown the ropes at our 12 Room Motel in Armidale, NSW each subsequent handover has been completely seamless. Both Robyn & Kane display a high level of understanding of the motel industry, and Kane has often helped us to better understand our own Channel Management and reservation system and how they work. Kane helped us get our Channel Manager configured so that all our availability was live and online, whereas we previously updated all this manually. Kane & Robyn always attract great guest reviews both online and in-house from our guests and it's a pleasure to have them represent our business when we are unable too. Annette and I would have no hesitation in recommending Bay6 Motel Management to look after ANY sized property, except when I need them of course. Wherever possible we will hire Bay6 Motel Management again for our Relief Management requirements.
