Bay6 Motel Management have been providing Relief Motel Management services to Australian based Motels, Motor Inns, B&B's and Guest Houses that are in the market for short to medium term management relief of their property for the past 3 1/2 years.  We provide our services in a seamless manner so that Property Owners and/or Managers can take a hard earned break or should an urgent matter arise requiring you to travel at short notice, you can rest assured your property continues to operate as though you had never departed.

Formerly operating across Queensland & New South Wales, we have recently relocated to Victoria and now offer the services of a Single Motel Manager (Robyn Hall) for short term management of small properties between 2 to 16 rooms, for breaks of between half a day to 4 days.  

Robyn has extensive Relief Motel Management Experience, and takes great pride in ensuring all guests receive the highest standard of service.  Robyn's office work is of the highest standard and understands the need to follow your processes consistently so that her arrival and departure from your property is as seamless as possible.  Robyn will handle your paperwork and email exactly in accordance with each motel owners instructions and will not stray away or try to introduce alternative processes that may be perceived as better or more efficient, unless you specifically ask her too.
